We had a great experience building with Ashton Homes. Everything is exactly how we envisioned our forever home to be.

After building our first home with a different builder we were hesitant on building again. Ted from Ashton Homes and Barb and Jackie from Century 21 were available throughout the entire process to answer any of our questions, it was truly a pleasure working with all 3 of them from start to finish. They looked after us every step of the way and were nothing but accommodating of our desires at each phase of the build. We can honestly say it was a very enjoyable experience and we look forward to making memories in our beautiful home!

We have also received nothing but compliments from friends and family on our new home. We would definitely recommend building with Ashton Homes!

A Soft Place To Land...Happily

I had not thought of building until the opportunity presented itself. After deciding to make some big life changes and sale of my beautiful family home. I was left looking for affordable options for myself and my children.
After looking at resale I came to the conclusion a new home was a better option because of warranty and lack of repairs for a while, as apposed to renovations and older home issues that could lead to any number of unforeseen expenses.
A new subdivision, Spears Estates in Fort Erie was less than a block from my old home. I went to Ashton Homes sales center and my journey began.
The whole subdivision sold out quicker than anyone had expected so I could see time issues were constantly being over stressed. Communications with Ashton and the sales people was amazing from my perspective. Any issue I had was addressed. Sometimes it was necessary to compromise on the time line but that is to be expected with any new build (as my research made clear).
The site manager was a dream to work with, always noting and scheduling resolution. I was happy with all the trades and felt my vision was beautifully accomplished. Building is not without its perils but I felt heard and attended to so it was a much easier process.
I have read some other less complimentary reviews and have to say, building is not the same experience as buying ready built ( as my research informed me). So do a little homework before you build and you will get a good idea what to expect. So much is out of anyone's control and so much is. I found some things were just the way it is and no one could have seen it coming. But I felt I and my investment were in good hands.
I love my new home. My family and I are so happy. I would recommend Ashton Homes builders without reservation! : )

Happy So Far...

We’re a year into our new home and are very happy. We’ve had our share of set backs. Our closing date was delayed a few times. A few things weren’t right at first. But In the end the builder and site supervisor worked with us to ensure everything was completed or fixed. Would definitely build with this company again!
